The silk has a pattern burnt into it to start. It is painted with one color dye and placed in the sun for 2 days. The sun burns the dye pigment, changes the color, and sets the dye. This is large size, measures 14"x72" with 10" of fringe, also available in medium size (no fringe). Each is unique and hand washable.
